Returns & Exchanges

At Forma, every piece is made to be used and loved. If something isn’t quite right, we aim to make the return process clear and straightforward.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, full-price items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of its approval. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue store credit at no additional cost to you.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for different items. If you’d like to purchase another piece, please return the original item and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift sets

  • Bundles

  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Forma is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@formatableware.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
